California government wants to be the people's nanny. In an effort to impose political correctness, state government is trying to replace equal opportunity with mandates for equal outcomes. Mandated payments and restrictions on behavior, hidden wealth transfers, and enormous legal and insurance costs are combining with taxes and fees to rob California of its vitality.

*A free people must be at liberty to pursue individual goals and dreams.

*People must be free to succeed or fail without government determined outcomes.

*Success and merit must not be replaced by quotas.
